Shipping policy

Shipping

These shipping rates apply to all products ordered through Beam District, including PuffBeam.

Destinations and rates

• United States: FREE standard shipping on all orders.
• Europe, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia: $8.00 USD per order.

We do not ship to other destinations. Available delivery countries are listed at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders normally dispatch within 2–3 business days. Standard transit is estimated at 7–10 business days after dispatch to supported destinations (approximately 9–13 business days total). Business days exclude weekends and holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent when your order ships. Carrier updates may take time to appear after a label is created.

Optional shipping protection

Shipping protection is an optional $4.00 USD add-on, charged once per order. It is separate from the delivery charge and can be removed before checkout.
