Beam District 30-Day Returns

If you are not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return and refund. Include your order number and the items you would like to return. You may open the packaging and reasonably try the product at home.

How to start a return

Use our contact form. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Return postage and fees

Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee. This does not affect our responsibility for defective, damaged or incorrect items or any rights provided by law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help and arrange the appropriate remedy.

Cancellations

You can request a full cancellation refund before your order ships. Contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped follow the return process above.

Refunds

After the return is received and reviewed, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–8 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the credit.

Your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.
